Ginger Buck

Not quite a ginger shot but close enough. If you are looking for a non alcoholic aperitif with a little punch this one's for you. 

30 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood 
30 ml Lime juice 
30 ml Sugar Syrup 
Fresh ginger, 1cm piece or to taste 
Dash of Orange Flower Bitter 

Dash of Orange Flower Bitter 

Add fresh ginger into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add all the remaining ingredients with some ice. Shake and strain into a grappa glass or champagne flute. Add a dash of orange flower bitters to garnish.
