A delightfully bright take on the classic, this alcohol free Negroni by Wilfred's is deliciously sweet and bitter with the tang of Grapefruit and some spice through the Angostura Bitters.
Ingredients
100 ml Wilfred’s Aperitif
15 ml Fresh Grapefruit
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method
Place a large chunk of ice into an old fashioned glass. Add ingredients and gently stir allowing the ice to melt. Garnish with an orange peel twirl.
