Fancy Fig Cocktail

Created for Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. 

Imagine yourself biting into a fresh fig in an Italian seaside town while taking a sip of this sweet non-alcoholic cocktail. A mocktail made of dreams floating in the mediterranean sea. 

Ingredients
90 ml Ovant Grace
30 ml Fig Jam 
1pc Lemon wedge
1 bar spoon Honey 

Garnish
Fresh Fig

Method
Muddle fig jam, lemon wedge, and honey in a shaker.
Add Ovant Grace and cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh fig.
