This mocktail is named after the famous 135 km Cape to Cape Walk that passes just down the road from the Ovant Distillery on its way from Cape Leeuwin to Cape Naturaliste. A zingy non-alcoholic gin cocktail that surprises with a peppery kick.
Ingredients
60 ml Ovant Grace
15 ml Black Pepper Syrup
10 pcs Mint Leaves
1 btl alcohol free Ginger Beer
4 pcs Lime, Wedge
Ice, cubed and crushed
Garnish
Lime Peel, grated
Method
Add black pepper syrup, lime, and mint into a cocktail shaker and crush together using a muddler or anything you have available like a fork.
Add Ovant Grace.
Fill the shaker with cubed ice, and shake for 5 seconds.
Pour contents of shaker into the mug. Add ginger beer and stir.
Top with crushed ice and grated lime peel.
