A delicious alcohol free gin soda sweetened by the addition of fresh strawberry syrup.
Ingredients
50 ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
50 ml fresh strawberry syrup
10 ml lime juice
Capi Soda water
Garnish
Lime twist
Pink peppercorns
Method
Add Sea Arch Coastal Juniper, strawberry syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh strawberry, lime twist and pink peppercorns.
