100 ml fresh watermelon juice
5 ml lime juice

Method
Add Sea Arch Coastal Juniper to a cocktail shaker with watermelon juice, lime juice and ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Method
Muddle the fig in a cocktail shaker and add Golden Emperor, coffee, sugar and ice. Shake and fine strain into a glass over ice and garnish with coffee beans.

small cucumber, sliced thin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste

Method
Add sliced cucumbers, lemon rind, salt and sugar to a bottle of sparkling water (or add to a bottle of sparkling water). Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add ALTD Green Grocer to a rocks glass with ice. Add sparkling cucumber and lemon water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Adaptation: Use half Capi Lemonade and half Capi Soda water in place of cucumber water.

Method
Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and build up Gnista Floral Warmwood with coconut cream and crushed ice. Stir carefully and garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and dehydrated lime wheels.

10 ml Orgeat syrup

Pour ingredients in a shaker.

Muddle sugar syrup and lime juice with mint leaves in a highball glass. Add some crushed ice and mix with SEED Zero and fresh watermelon. Top up with Capi soda water. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel, edible flower and mint.
