Mai Ta(ish) - Oak

This version of the alcohol free Mai Tai has a deliciously tropical taste with the added warmth and spice of Gnista Barrled Oak. 

30 ml Gnista Barreled Oak 
100 ml Fresh Pineapple juice 
10 ml Bourgoin Verjus or Lemon Juice 
10 ml Orgeat syrup 

Mint sprig 
Dehydrated lime wheel 

Pour ingredients in a shaker. 
Add ice and shake. 
Strain over ice into TIKI glass. 
Garnish with mint sprig and dehydrated lime.
