This is a non-alcoholic twist to the classical Old Fashioned cocktail traditionally made with whiskey. Orange bitters and sugar syrup highlight the smokiness, fresh cinnamon, star anise and elderberry characters of Ovant Royal.
Ingredients
90 ml Ovant Royal
15 ml Demerara Syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters
Garnish
Orange Zest
Clear Ice Block
Method
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 5 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with a clear ice block.
Garnish with an orange zest.
