This new non-alcoholic beer has a citrus, passionfruit, pine and resin flavour predominantly from late hopping. The low percentage of specialty malt lets the hops dominate the palate. Bitterness is restrained also, which enhances the beers drinkability. This non-alcoholic pale ale has a slight intentional tartness to provide some added complexity.
