Pierre Zero Sparkling Chardonnay

Pale yellow color with shine and glint. A delicate foam with aromas of tropical fruits, peaches, lychee and flowers. Fruit forward on the palette balanced by a clean freshness.

From the Mediterranean, the proximity of the sea bringing the necessary freshness to the grapes.

The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the low night temperatures. Created in the traditional way before the de-alcoholisation stage takes place in order to retain its quality and flavour.
