50 ml of Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
25 ml fresh grapefruit juice
Capi Tonic Water
Garnish
Grapefruit twist
Fresh samphire
Method
Add Sea Arch Coastal Juniper to a rocks glass filled with ice. Add grapefruit juice and top with tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and fresh samphire.
