50 ml Wilfred’s Aperitif
100 ml Alcohol Free Ginger Beer - try Spinifex Gubinge Ginger Beer
Squeeze of fresh lime
Garnish
Wedge of lime
Slice of ginger
Method
Pour Wilfred’s into a large highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime and a slice of ginger.
