This mocktail is a delicious pick-me-up, an Espresso Martini with a cherry twist.
Ingredients
60 ml ALTD Golden Emperor
3 cherries (or if out of season, a couple of fresh figs)
30 ml espresso
10 ml simple syrup
Method
Muddle cherries in a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into a coupette and garnish with three coffee beans.
