The Moscow Mule supposedly was invented in 1941 in New York by John G. Martin and John “Jack” Morgan as a way to increase floundering sales of their Vodka and Ginger Beer. Unknowingly they created a cocktail for the ages. It is traditionally served in a copper mug that keeps the drink cold and enhances its sweet and punchy taste. This non alcoholic version is a deliciously spicy one made with Brunswick Aces Hearts Sapir and alcohol free Ginger Beer.
Ingredients
50 ml Brunswick Aces Hearts Sapiir
1 btl alcohol free Ginger Beer
5-10 ml sugar syrup, to taste
15ml lime juice
Garnish
Sprig of mint
Wheel of lime
Method
Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
Add Brunswick Aces Hearts Sapiir, sugar syrup and lime juice and top up with Spinifex Ginger Beer.
Gently stir with a straw and garnish with a sprig of mint and a wheel of lime.
