A delicious non-alcoholic version of the classic gin sour cocktail. Ovant Verve’s light herbal notes pair beautifully with sour lemon and the sweetness and almond aftertaste of orgeat syrup.
Ingredients
60 ml Ovant Verve
30 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Citrus Syrup
1 Egg White
1 dash Lemon Bitters
Garnish
Kaffir Lime Leaf
Method
Add Ovant Verve, lemon juice, citrus syrup, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 5 seconds.
Fill the shaker with cubed ice and continue to shake for 5 seconds.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
