Ingredients
50 ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
150 ml rhubarb juice
Cardamom syrup
Capi Soda Water
Garnish
Rhubarb ribbons
Method
Combine Sea Arch Coastal Juniper and rhubarb juice in a highball glass half filled with ice. Take a large glass and half fill with ice. Add a few drops of cardamom syrup, stir and top with soda water if desired. Garnish with rhubarb ribbons.
