Sea Arch Sour

Here's a luscious and fruity non alcoholic version of the gin sour that will go down smoothly for any occasion. 

50 ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper 
30 ml ruby red grapefruit juice 
20 ml lemon juice 
15 ml simple syrup 
1 egg white or 30 ml aquafaba 

Powdered Raspberries 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add two large ice cubes and shake for a further 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with powdered raspberries.
