ALTD Golden Emperors toasted spice and bitter sweet orange flavours are the perfect base for this invigoratingly spicy and refreshing mocktail created by Jess Ladha at Smith & Daughters.
Ingredients
45 ml ALTD Golden Emperor
20 ml lime juice
15 ml falernum syrup
30 ml Spinifex Gubinge Ginger Beer
chocolate bitters
Garnish
Lime wheel
Method
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Finish with two dashes of chocolate bitters and garnish with a lime.
