Prohibition Cup

This prohibition cup would have been well regarded by the authorities during the alcohol ban in the 1920’s in the United States. Well rounded with Gnista Floral Wormwood’s rum attributes, this mocktail boasts delicious and exotic flavors that became popular at the time due to people looking to other countries such as Cuba to buy their alcohol. Coconut cream gives it a velvety finish and makes us dream of palm lined beaches in Cuba. 

Ingredients 
30 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood 
15 ml Thyme syrup 
10 ml coconut cream 
10 ml Lime juice 
50 ml Apple juice 
Non Alcoholic Ginger beer 

Garnish
Crushed ice
Slice of Lime

Method
Add Gnista Floral Wormwood, thyme syrup, coconut cream, lime juice and apple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with some crushed ice and slice of lime.
