A delicious fruity plum version of the classic. The berry and spice flavours of ALTD's Silver Princess taste so good combined with a nice plum jam and if you don't have any, no stress, you can use your favourite jam for your special version of this delightful drink. Ingredients
50 ml ALTD Silver Princess
20 g plum jam
Capi Soda Water
Garnish
River mint leaves
Method
Add Silver Princess, plum jam and mint to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
