An homage to the famous Irish Coffee, Ovant Royal provides the perfect smokey alternative to the traditional use of whisky in this drink.
Paired with the gentle taste of cold brew coffee, the zesty flavour of citrus syrup and the sweetness of cream, this is a great non-alcoholic pick me up for a fun filled night with friends.
Ingredients
20 ml Ovant Royal
20 ml Cold Brew Coffee
7 ml Citrus Syrup
2 bar spoons Single Cream - replace with coconut cream or similar for vegan version.
Method
Pour Ovant Royal, coffee and citrus syrup into a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
Strain into a shot glass and float with single cream.
