Gnista are masters of creating complex spirits without any alcohol. 

Oak Barrel is the second offering from Gnista and is akin to a dark smoky rum or whisky (without replicating them). Dry and smoky, with tones of warm spices, chocolate rye and a distinct character of oak barrel. This is a bold flavour and is made for a mature palate. 

We recommend mixing it with soda water or ginger beer. It's also a great addition to a low/no cocktail.
