A mouthful of minty delight. This non-alcoholic cocktail combines the mint perfectly with the clean herbal characteristics of the Ovant Verve aperitif.
Ingredients
60 ml Ovant Verve
15 ml Mint and Basil Syrup
4 pcs Lime, wedges
15 pcs Mint Leaves
1 btl Capi Ginger Ale
Garnish
Mint Sprig
Crushed Ice
Method
Place mint leaves, lime, and mint and basil syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add Ovant Verve and enough cubed ice to almost fill a highball glass and shake for 5 seconds.
Pour entire contents into a highball glass. Top with crushed ice and ginger ale. Garnish with a mint sprig.
